At Charles Wear, we extend a seamless exchange process for items purchased from our website, subject to certain conditions. It is essential to note that exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of product delivery.
- The item must be unworn.
- It should be unused.
- The product must be unbroken, and any fixed labels (if included at the time of shipping) should remain intact.
We are more than willing to proceed with the exchange provided the product is undamaged and meets the specified standards.
Please be aware that the cost of exchange shipment amounts to an additional $50, contingent on the product’s weight.
How to Exchange an Item?
To kickstart the exchange process, send us an email, including your order number, product details, and information about the substitute product (the item you wish to exchange with). Additionally, kindly highlight the issue encountered with the delivered product and state your reason for wanting an exchange.
Upon receiving the product, our team will conduct an inspection to validate the claim and will then notify you about the subsequent steps. Consumers are responsible for covering the shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged product is delivered from our side. In the event of an incorrect/damaged product delivery, we take care of all the shipment fares.
