Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Product: Customers may initiate a return for any Charles Wear product if the received item is damaged or if an incorrect item has been dispatched.

Full Price Items: Returns are accepted solely for items purchased at the full price. Products bought during a sale or using a discount coupon are ineligible for return and refund.

Fee: In the event of a return, Charles Wear will incur a restocking fee equi¹valent to 30% of the product’s cost. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Mode of Payment: The restocking fee will be subtracted from the overall refund, utilizing the original payment method.

Initiation: Customers should reach out to Charles Wear’s customer service team within 15 days of receiving the product to commence the return process.

Approval: Upon approval, customers will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

Condition of Returned Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Inspection: Charles Wear will thoroughly inspect the returned product to confirm its condition.

Processing Time: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, unless specified otherwise.

Sale Items: Items labeled as “SALE” cannot be returned or refunded.

Customized Products: Customized items are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or if the customization does not align with the specified instructions provided by the customer.
