Restocking Fee

Fee: In the event of a return, Charles Wear will incur a restocking fee equi1valent to 30% of the product’s cost. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Mode of Payment: The restocking fee will be subtracted from the overall refund, utilizing the original payment method.

Return Process

Initiation: Customers should reach out to Charles Wear’s customer service team within 15 days of receiving the product to commence the return process.

Approval: Upon approval, customers will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

Condition of Returned Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process

Exceptions

Sale Items: Items labeled as “SALE” cannot be returned or refunded.
